    ACCOUNT 01200 114965575 THIS IS THE LAST TIME IM CONTACTING YOU REGARDING THE ACCOUNT NUMBER ABOVE, BEFORE IM CONTACTING MY ATTORNEY AND FILE A COMPLAINT FOR HARASSMENT !!! THIS ACCOUNT WAS CANCELLED ON JULY, 2013 AND THE SERVICE BALANCE IS PAID IN FULL. YOU ARE REPEATEDLY CALLING AND AND MAILING ABOUT A BALANCE OF $1048.68 DUE, WHILE THE STORE IS CLOSED FOR BUSINESS SINCE JULY.     2/28/13 received an invoice for $202.93 for services that I had canceleed in Sept 2012. I've been with this company despite the horrible reviews since 2002. I called to understand why I hadn't even received an invoice since Sept 2012, and 7 months later receive a collections notice. I hadn't moved, changed my name or anything, and also had them look at my payment history with their company of 5 years that this was unusual consumer payment activity on my part since I always pay on time. they don't care.     SORRY,SORRY,SORRY, WHAT CAN I SAY. BEEN A LONG TIME CUSTOMER WITH ADT LIKE OVER 10 YRS. AS YOU KNOW OVER TIME HINGS CHANGE AND GET BETTER. WELL WHEN IT COMES TIME TO UPGRADE WITH ADT THEY WILL HIT YOU HARDER THAN THE GAS OR FOOD PRICES.THEY DON'T TRY AND WORK WITH YOU ARE NOTHING JUST SAY THEY WANT OVER $500 TO UPGRADE. AND I SAY BEFORE YOU DO THAT JUST LOOK AROUND BECAUSE IT IS OTHER COMPANIES OUT THERE WITH FREE OR UNDER $100 TO PUT IN THE SAME SYSTEM IF NOT BETTER THAN adt.     We had an ADT security system, then moved to an area where they do not cover. We wanted to transfer the system, but they could not, yet they want $400+ in cancellation fees!!! We do not want to cancel, but they can no longer provide service. We knew when we signed up that we did not need the system more than 2 years (less than the 3 yr contract). The sales rep. assured us that this would not be a problem (the service would be transferred or the fee waived), i.e., she lied to us.
